Due to recent law changes in our state, we are forced to work hands-free. The types of earbuds don't suit me, so I went with this type of device. I use it in my work van and chose this model because of the google button. Bluetooth programming was very easy and Google set it up the first time. I had to adjust the clip to fit my sun visor snugly but stay in place snugly. I was concerned about the magnet, but it feels firm and easy to remove for charging. The battery life seems to be very good, I hope it stays that way. The buttons were a bit confusing at first but after finally reading the instructions they work fine :) The speaker is nice and loud for listening to music on the radio or Bluetooth but not that loud for making phone calls. I have to lean forward to hear when I call out and the visor isn't far away. Make sure your windows are open or you might not hear anything at all. I've had no complaints about anyone hearing me or hearing background noise when calling. If the phone call volume could be improved it would be 5 stars. I am planning to order a second one for my other car.
