Review on Teneo Platform by Erick Hernandez

The ability it has given us in terms our customers can interact with their products/services easily without having any technical knowledge or skills required by them! It's highly customizable as well which gives you complete control over your bots' behavior & design experience using drag n drop editor tool along withe templates provided outoftoo!It also allows customization via API calls so we have been able t customize almost anything about bot including its look&#x2F ;n feel through code itself!! We are working extensively wth this platform currently but I would say there could be some improvement like making user interface better looking (less flat) while designing custom UI components etc., Also not much support available online regarding such issues apart frm few forums where people help each other sometimes!! Highly recommendable if u're gonna use an open source solution then go ahead otherwise i'd suggest going forward only after reading all documentation carefully before starting work :) As far my research.
