Very hard latex - Sent back
I bought this to use with my sleeping wedge as it was thin and latex. When I slept without a sleeping pillow I used a latex pillow and loved it but it was too high when used with a pillow. So I got this thin latex pillow for a sleeping wedge and it doesn't look at all like my other latex pillow - don't give it at all - basically it's like sleeping on a mattress. brought it back
