Made in China but works perfectly. What turns me on is how cheap they can be.
I'd say it's just average. Made in China but works perfectly. What struck me is how cheap they can be. No hardware is included. So if you lose or damage any of the "C" clips, you still need to purchase them separately. How cheap but it will work as intended.
