Proper Use of Bath and Body Brushes

When I unpacked the applicator from the shipping box, I noticed a depression in the middle of the foam pad on the side where the lotion could be applied. I thought it looked a little odd, but I put it aside. I used it for the first time last night. The handle is curved, so the lotion must be applied on one side. When I applied the gel to my back, the pen tore the foam pad. The gel is an anesthetic lotion that must be rubbed into the tissues, otherwise it will evaporate and the user will not be able to get the intended benefit. The manufacturer should use a tighter seal and possibly a wider end of the handle to prevent product breakage. Because I couldn't complete the first application. For now it's only good for the trash. If you can't press hard, they should inform the user in advance so that the applicator doesn't break and the customer doesn't throw away their money. This product is only suitable for soft applications.
