This pasta machine has many great functions. For Kitchenaid kitchen machines from XinBaoLong. Unpacking and attaching is easy. I keep the small whisks in my metal bowl so put them away as the mixer has to spin to cook the pasta. Make sure the screw is holding the nozzle securely. It is solidly made and light in weight. XinBaoLong is not only made of plastic. I have never cooked pasta in my life. Here's what I found out. It's easy with this machine. I made lasagna. Make sure you don't wear long necklaces. Tie up long hair and keep your fingers away from the mechanisms of the paste. Only pass noodle dough through XinBaoLong. The best feature is the ease of use. After I took my first test, I got better each time. Using the dial to cook thinner pasta is very easy with just one hand. Keep your hand flat when removing pressed noodles from the feeder. See my video and photos. This attachment is NOT dishwasher safe. They thoughtfully provided cleaning brushes and they were easy to clean. I let it dry thoroughly and then put it back in its case. Ready for my next pasta dinner. I was happy with my pasta and next is fettuccine. I'm glad this and fresh pasta is better than the box.
