Shot 1 and turned off. I had to go back to the area, eventually brought it home and called support services. The rep said I bought the camera with outdated firmware and gave me a detailed list of everything that needed to be done on the camera to get it working again. I tried and couldn't get it to work. The rep then tried to download the firmware remotely, but that didn't work. Left no instructions on what to do next. I spent $150 on a camera that needed repairs and it still doesn't work after working in person and with support for about 2-3 hours. There are plenty of other options, don't waste your money on that crappy camera. Very disappointing
