It has really helped us with our daily tasks of adding new leads to our pipeline, managing them through stages such as qualification and opportunity life cycle management.

The reporting capabilities are also very helpful for keeping track of all the activities in each project or client account that we have managed so far. Nothing much at this point but I would like to see more integrations from other tools especially CRM platforms which can help manage multiple projects across different teams. We use it along side mySQL database for storing information related to clients and prospects.
