I bought this to replace my old one which was a better known brand (can't remember which brand lol though) that I had for years, but eventually died. I am disabled and cannot stand long enough to clean kitchen cabinets and appliances. I wasn't sure if this brand I had never heard of would work but it does! The grease is flushed from the cupboards, the refrigerator door is clean, the stove is cleaner than it's been since the old steamer died. Of course it took me a few days to get all this done, but that's because I do as much as I want at once and my son doesn't help me clean up. I haven't used it to steam clothes but it doesn't drip so I don't see it as a problem. I can't say anything about the durability, I've only had it for 2-3 months. I'll update when it releases me, but so far I'm happy with it. The price is great and even if it only lasts a year, it's worth it!
