Bought this steamer 2 months ago. Since then I've been using it about 2-3 times a week. I repair appliances and use a steamer to defrost evaporators and other ice buildup in refrigerators. It has been prepared properly since I received it. My main issue with this is with the gasket/seal on the lid. It wasn't until today that I noticed that the gasket was beginning to melt and crack. This seal seems to be quite important since the steam generator is under pressure. I'm not sure if these little gaskets are easy to replace. I will contact the seller tonight. I'm afraid the steamer will soon become unusable if I can't replace the gasket. So far it has worked very well. I hope customer service can help me solve this problem. I'll update this post when I know more. My rating will definitely change if we can't decide.
