You must press each key two, three or more times.
The remote control looks good. Works straight away after putting the batteries in, but I have to say it doesn't send a signal unless you press the buttons more than once. Sometimes I have to press them four or five times before the TV responds. This was not the case with the original remote that came with the TV. But it beats the remote I ordered directly from Roku, which didn't work at all.
