Review on 🔑 GOOFIT 4Pin Ignition Key Switch Set for Chinese 50cc-125cc ATV Dirt Bike Pocket Bike: Enhanced Performance and Ease-of-Use by Phil Show

The switch works smoothly and looks good. In my case it required a complete rewiring, which resulted in me stripping the connectors from both the new switch and the quadricycle wiring harness to solder the wires and protect them with heat shrink tubing. This mod is not for everyone and I want to share some tips on how not to get into this situation. I would like to emphasize that this is in no way due to poor quality, but rather a compatibility issue with my specific needs. After my modification it works great. If I had pulled out the old switch and checked the connection before ordering blindly per the description, I would have known that my switch harness was a different gender than this GOOFIT ignition key set. Look at my attached photo and you will understand why I have a problem. The connector of the new GOOFIT harness is on the left and the connector of my old original harness is on the right. Even with the correct gender plug, you may need to move the pins in the plug to other positions, but that's a lot easier than if you need a plug of the exact opposite gender than what you need.
