This rug is SO thin. No seals, you can feel all the wires. Terrible product. I'm surprised. And disappointed. I am a practitioner who has used it daily for many years. I didn't even put it on the treatment table as I knew immediately it would be uncomfortable for my clients. I thought I'd reorder from the same seller. I was wrong. I ordered on March 13th, received on March 23rd. The return window was only 30 days (April 16th) after my order - not received so can't even return it. waste of money.
