Review on Dayton Audio HTA20BT Hybrid Stereo Tube Amplifier: Bluetooth 4.2, USB Aux in, Headphone & Sub Out by Aisha Rodriguez

I was very pleased with this product, the first one that came had loose clips in the canal so I returned it for a replacement. A new one arrives and I hook it up to my Pioneer SP-BS22 and the 8" subwoofer I used on a Denon receiver. I turn it on, turn the volume up to about 1/10 and it gives me 3-5 quick shocks coming from the amp volume knob. I just checked and both the left and right speakers were grounded correctly and I have used this speaker wire on 3 different amps, I have also used these Pioneer speakers on 4 other amps. I'm not entirely sure what the problem is, other than something must be miswired in the amp. This happened just a few minutes ago, so I haven't had a chance to contact the company directly.
