Review on Swingmail Bot by Jennifer Campbell

The ability to send emails through our website for customers, as well has being able save messages in an archive folder makes this application great! I would love if there were more templates or categories available but otherwise it's been very helpful so far with communication between my team members who are remote from one another via video chat / Skype calls when needed (also helps reduce costs). If you're looking at using something like swing mail that allows your customer service staff communicate easily without having them physically meet up then give these guys serious consideration - they've got what we need here perfectly implemented into their product already which saves us time & money over hiring someone else internally just because of how easy-to use everything works within its own platform too!.
