Kindle is a great product for kids and luckily the price is right. It's a lot better for kids than adults, mostly because you don't want to rely on it as your primary wearable device. Even with excellent Wi-Fi in your home, the Kindle's processor takes its time downloading things and then showing them to you. And while downloading games from the Play Store is easier, keeping them up to date can be a bit difficult. The biggest problem we had with this product was that Adventure Academy was scammed. We signed up for this seemingly amazing service as soon as COVID struck and I bought this new Kindle because AA advertised that he was working on the latest Kindle. It not only didn't work, it wouldn't even load. This isn't a reflection on the Kindle, but let it be a warning that if you're buying this product because an app company is telling you a story, it may not be true.
