Pivot is too loose and cannot be tightened. It's constantly moving and very annoying. Too expensive for what you get. The only plus over some others is that you can mount it on a stock. The last mount I had was only $6 and was much better as I could control how tight it was on the handlebars and tighten the swivel so it didn't move at all. This was made by Insten. If you want to find it it says "Insten Bike Bicycle Motorcycle Universal Phone Holder with Secure Grip and 360 Degree Adjustable Ball Head Mount". All in all this product was a waste of money but better to keep than pay for it. Shipping to send it back to Revain and I'm sure Revain loves it.
