Let's start with the positive. 1. Decent sound quality. 2. Love over the ear and how safe they are. 3. I like her look. 4. I really like the built-in charger. Negative. 1. You need to login to bluetooth each time to sync with your phone. Huge pain and waste of time. 2. Touch controls on the side are absolutely useless. They never work as intended. Don't give me control of this shit. 3. The battery does not last as long as advertised. 4. The case is small and you need to slide the headphones. All in all I am disappointed with these headphones. I really tried to like them and spent over a month trying to figure out if some of them were user error but in the end they don't work for me.
