In general the machine works very well and I haven't had any serious problems with it since I bought it in November. But I encountered a couple of issues: - The machine I received arrived a little bumpy. I think one of the lower legs isn't the same size as the other three. I contacted customer service when registering my car but received no response. Overall it doesn't affect how I use it, but I have to be a little careful. Fryer presets are just AO1, AO2, etc. A similar review asked what these settings mean, because yes, it's not in the manual. It's weird, but I just had to find Revain's list because that list has his picture. I am attaching it to this review to clarify the settings. It was a bit annoying at first, but I didn't use the presets much. The interface could be a little better. There is a button to start at the beginning of your options in case you get confused, but I think it should only take you back to the previous option, not the beginning. However, it's still intuitive and not that difficult to figure out once you start the car. I was able to do many things with this device and use a range of settings. These include cookies, pizza, frozen foods (roasts), roasting vegetables, and bread rising. All gave excellent results. On the other hand. The toast option is a bit slow and I'm not sure the reheat function is that handy - other baking and roasting options could be better. I haven't tried a dehydrator yet, but it's on my to-do list.
