Judging from the reviews I read I was concerned that the felt would be flimsy and flimsy. It wasn't like that at all! The felt was really nice and thick, not like the craft store felt that kids play with, this felt has substance. I won't scatter the leaf so it works great. It matched my sheet and the velcro was also good for wrapping it up better. There was an extra velcro strap that I don't really need. The handle seems flimsy but when I moved it by the handle it held up well, again I won't be playing helicopters with it so as long as it flies back and forth from my closet to the dining room it works fine. I'm glad I bought this, I was looking for something that would also allow the wood to breathe, some others I've seen were waterproof and didn't want to trap moisture inside.
