Not Complete Best in Party Favors

I would give 5 stars but I have 30 plastic chopsticks but only 28 flags. i need to contact her Aside from missing two flags they are a good size and the flags are fabric instead of paper. Too bad because the delivery was fast - 1 day - and the flags are good.
