I am a woman. I like men's shirts because they have the best material. I'm usually tall on women, so I always get average on men. I'm 5'4 and 175 lbs. Size 10 in jeans and chest 38d. Didn't fit at all. It wasn't overstuffed, it was the perfect fit.
