This product makes the hair ashy, dry and brittle. I ordered blue and it wasn't as bright as the advert on Instagram. I have light brown hair so this hair wax was supposed to be light on my hair but it didn't. The seller didn't want to give me the money back because the item was open. How should I test the product without opening it? I will not buy again and would advise anyone who does not have platinum blonde hair to stay away from this product as it is a waste of time. The product moves everywhere, even when dry.
