For being a hair wax it was very easy to use and apply to my hair, instantly made my curls lively and looked great on my dark hair. However, my hair took longer than usual to dry and it still dried which was a little annoying because it made my bed and hands dirty as soon as I touched my hair. This product maintains hair moisture. Product takes a long time to air dry (I'm in Northeast Ohio and don't use it in warm/hot seasons). But it stays on the hair for a long time. When I washed it out at the end of the week, the product had a nourishing effect on my hair. I've been very happy about it! But the app is dirty. Use gloves for unpainted hands.
