Updated 12/23/2018 The seller has sent another screensaver for testing. It was the same model. It took my friend and I an hour to figure out that there is a third shift and how to get there. Most hardened screensavers consist of 2 parts: a cover and a layer covering the sticky side of the cover. Not this one! Very difficult installation. There's a video, but it's for an iPhone, not an iPad, and there's no third layer in it, a completely different screensaver. The screen's protective film is matte. This reduces touch sensitivity a bit and you have to swipe harder to access your apps and open the screen, Apple Pencil and Face ID work. I have to see how it goes. So far it seems solid, no blisters or surges. I'm increasing my rating to 5 stars because the seller sent me another one at no extra charge. The installation process is painful and requires an iPad video. The instructions are printed very small and do not contain all the details. Customer service is great! They really stand by their product and were very responsive. FIRST REVIEW The only good thing about this screensaver was the big beautiful box it came in. The tempered glass didn't stick to the screen at all! Just jumped off. Very disappointing and way overpriced! I wish I could give it half a star. To return.
