Cotton tip harder than soft
Compared to Qtip brand which is always used in our household. individual packages arrived undamaged. The cotton is wrapped more tightly around the stick than Qtips. So feels less soft than Qtips which I prefer for cleaning nostrils, ears etc. For example, Qtips leaves fewer cotton swabs when I touch up lipstick, some cotton sticks to the lips. This one has thicker cotton so you have a clean wipe. Aside from not being a fan of leopard prints, the cost and overall product seem satisfactory. The rod part is also firm and will not bend when pressure is applied.
