Review on OEMTOOLS 24616 29" Portable Tear Down Tray - 55-Pound Capacity Mobile Table For Mechanics by Dan Brickley

I ordered this for my brother for his birthday. Unfortunately for me, after a delayed delivery I gave it to him and he waited too long to get around to actually opening it and putting it together. Received a call yesterday and it's missing a bunch of parts. All the bolts to assemble it and apparently the casters. While I wished he would of gotten around a lot sooner to put it together so I could of taken care of it there is no reason those parts should be missing out of the box. Hard earned money was spent for this gift and it should be made sure all pieces are in the box before being shipped out. Disappointing.
