Review on Vooban by Ray Richards

We are using voobal to automate our workflow between accounts payable department & Accounts receivable (Accounting) as we handle invoices received daily via email from customers that need paid through bank transfer - or cheque deposited-we also receive payments directly into an escrow account which is released when full payment has been made by either of these methods.-the system can track all stages within each invoice/payment cycle so i like how smooth it works compared with other platforms out there such us Quicken etc..it might seem expensive upfront but after you have seen your savings over time this becomes very helpful! There isn't much downside if anything I would say maybe more training could be provided? But nothing big enough where they should change things around drastically though overall great product!! Help reduce manual processes involved throughout billing process I like that it is an easy to use tool. It makes creating forms very simple. The customer service is amazing. They are always willing to help you no matter what time of day or night. I also love how they have live chat available 24/7. There isn't anything i dislike about this program. If you are looking for a form building tool then this is the one for you! Forms are super easy to create with vooban.
