We are using voobal to automate our workflow between accounts payable department & Accounts receivable (Accounting) as we handle invoices received daily via email from customers that need paid through bank transfer - or cheque deposited-we also receive payments directly into an escrow account which is released when full payment has been made by either of these methods.-the system can track all stages within each invoice/payment cycle so i like how smooth it works compared with other platforms…
