I have had my Brother PE770 for 4 years now and when I ordered it I received two boxes of spools and finally after 4 years of intensive use I have they all used up. When I was researching what type of embroidery bobbin thread to buy for my machine, I found that after all this time and some issues I was having, I was using the wrong gauge bobbin thread. I used a typical 60 weight that you can buy at any sewing store like JoAnns. Suitable 90 gauge bobbin thread is much harder to find. I found it at a steep price for 10 rolls and quickly scan the thread. I was happy to find this product at Revain at a great price. After receiving the thread, I put it in the machine and used it as usual. I was so happy to see my embroidery turned out beautiful and better than I can usually embroider. I also noticed that this solved the problem of my seams not looking as full as I thought. I wish I had known this sooner because I bought replacement parts to fix tension issues that I could never solve by just buying the correct bobbin thread. The protector itself is good, durable and strong. I had no trouble breaking it. The spools are plastic which is a plus. I hate cardboard rolls. I have no regrets buying this product and will buy again when it runs out.
