Box arrived in perfect condition everything in order. However, the bobbin thread is not compatible with my machine. The very first bobbin I used caused serious problems with my embroidery machine. The upper threads kept breaking, three needles broke and the machine squeaked / squeaked. The car is only six months old and before that I had no such problems.
