We love kites so this was just what we needed for our living room decor. Pros: Dragons look great! . (We replaced the existing lightbulbs with LEDs, so I can't comment on the original lighting conditions.) Cons: - The cords that come with the lightbulbs are too short, especially as they are intended for wall mounting - no. It is not possible to mount the lamps at a reasonable height on the wall and reach a standard height wall socket without using extension cords. - It's a little interesting removing the covers to get at the bulbs - they are held in place with clips. inside the bullet, which push the bullet out while keeping it under tension. It's not immediately obvious how to remove them - you just have to pull them off, but be careful not to pinch your fingers as the latches snap back into place. It takes a bit of fiddling to get the clips back into the globe, but we were able to get the globes back in without too much trouble. Only one of the two wall lamps ordered was equipped with a light bulb. It would be a shame if we didn't plan to replace incandescent light bulbs with more efficient LEDs anyway. Caveats: These are pretty important, so make sure you're using the right anchors when installing.
