Customer service is excellent! Very knowledgeable team!! We really loved how quickly they were able to make changes based off of our ideas. They are very good about keeping you updated through multiple emails regarding your project. I also liked that they were very organized with their files as well. There was nothing that I disliked in particular. Sometimes it can take up to 1 month for them to ship products but so far this has been great! The ease of ordering online. We had a custom counter height table that we wanted built for our new store/restaurant. This process took us from start to finish only taking two days.
