Review on Prime Line PL 7806 Screen Aluminum by Sasha Hsiao

I got this kit so I can make a mesh screen to cover my reef tank to keep fish and moths out to keep in it. All it took was a hacksaw to cut the aluminum edges/frames to length and scissors to cut the mesh screen (sold separately). You can buy a small rolling tool to press the rubber strip into the frame, but I was able to assemble it just using the blunt end tool I already had. Craftsman experience is not required. Assembly is as simple as cutting the metal pieces to the correct length, splicing on the supplied corner pieces, threading the screen/screen over the frame and tightening while inserting the rubber retaining strip into the groove. If you love anal like me and take the time to describe details it will look like store bought or if you just want to put something together quickly you could probably do it in about 15-20 minutes. My only criticism of the product is that some of the corner pieces that connect each track together do not match the ends of the track. I had to take a knife and cut off some plastic to fit these problematic parts.
