I had a Corsair mouse that changed the DPI on its own. Very annoying when playing. The mouse itself was very comfortable and had a sniper button, but changing the DPI drove me crazy. So I got this mouse because of the built-in software. So far the mouse works for what I bought it for but falls short in other areas. Pros: Good shape for ergonomics, good sensor, DPI change below in firmware. .Cons: All mouse buttons feel cheap. The top 2 are right click and left click, but no better than a $10 mouse. The roller and 2 side buttons feel the same or worse than a $10 mouse. Logitech's scroll wheel is smoother than this one. This mouse does its job well as it moves very smoothly at the given DPI setting. That's where I come in. I only wish the strengths of this mouse could be harnessed in a better mouse. Update: I changed the stars from 3 to 5. After using the mouse more, I like it better. Surprised how well this works in first person shooters.
