The ad says more than once: 42 oz decanter. THIS IS NOT. When I received it I was surprised by the size, so I looked at the ad again. Although twice in the description it says the carafe holds 42 ounces, this is the first time I've seen from one of the pictures that the capacity is 24 ounces. If you don't care about the size, it's cute and functional enough, I specifically sorted the Ford over 40 oz BC. what I wanted. I am for Amazon's lack of quality control. Maybe an impossible feat, but again I'm wasting my time sending returns for false and/or inaccurate listings. The product is OK, but the specifications must be EXACT.
