Newteworks has been great to work with! They are always available for questions/concerns - they get back right away via email or phone call (if needed). The reporting tool can be confusing at first but once you learn how it works everything flows smoothly afterwards. If I am unsure of something while working through this platform we have someone there who will help me figure out what needs fixed so our product gets launched successfully into production. Great team overall!! We love using their data visualization tools; which helps us see trends in real time without having to wait until after launch day. Also being able to create custom dashboards makes my job easier! This means more efficient planning & execution of campaigns across multiple platforms- not just social media channels like before.
