They are very easy to use. I have two complaints. However, the simplicity and cost are worth the complaints. Also, you can change the color and look of the watch, which is nice. Stay with no problems. I have 2 scratches on the paint from one I've been using for over a month. But it's ok Complaints1. To charge the watch you have to take it off, which as said is easy to put on and take off. Sweat gets underneath and you have to take it off to take it off. I mean it's waterproof so it's not a big deal, just annoying when you're working out and sweat is pooling under the tread. What sweat seems to settle on my head. But when I'm done I just take it off, dry it and put it back on. I would buy them again if I need more.
