Carefully work each tip until you get a snug fit in your ear canal. Background - I've used SE215-425 versions with one or two drivers extensively. Each has its own characteristic frequency response, but they will all fall apart at some point. The fixed cost to factory repair the SE425 is $77 per side + part per hour. Are those SE425s blown away? Probably not, but it's a great bargain and after months of using the same headphones day in and day out I'm usually ready for a little change in frequency response.
