The best part about DARZIN has to be how easy it was for me, as an individual user of this product/service, to get up-to speed with its capabilities quickly - within minutes! I love that you can set rules so easily across all platforms which make my life much easier when interacting via email or chat etc.
It would have been great if they had more functionality such as being able to integrate into other tools like CRM systems but there are alternatives out their now (I use Salesforce). Make sure your onboarding process includes clear communications around what's included before signingup otherwise people may think "oh well maybe we're not getting everything" even though our experience has proven differently time after time again. We've seen improved customer retention rates over 10% simply by implementing these features alone and also reduced churn rate too where customers feel valued once contacted through channels provided by DARzIn platform instead of just voicemails left unreturned.
