There are many things he likes about this charger. First, it is a REAL wireless charger for all devices. The previous charger I had (which was $30 more expensive) I had to use the charger that came with my Apple Watch, plug the cable into the charging case and plug it in the back. This comes with a charger already built in and is true plug and play. As for the Airpods, I couldn't use my previous charger without removing the leather case on my Airpods as you have to physically connect the case to the stand that the lightning cable is protruding from. Also this charger is truly wireless and the Airpods fit very nicely in the back without having to remove the case. The last straw for my old charger was buying an iPhone 12 Pro Max. It took a lot of effort to charge such a large phone. When I bought him a leather case, he stopped charging it altogether. I thought I couldn't find a charger that could handle the phone and leather case combo until I got this charger. Not only does it handle a leather case, it handles it 100% of the time without having to move your phone or anything. This is the first charger where there was no such problem. If you're thinking it couldn't get any better, the fact that it's so compact makes it even juicier. When I travel I usually leave my 3-in-1 charger as it was so big, but carrying it is even easier than three separate cables and boxes. This is the best charger I know. If in doubt, don't hesitate.
