I've had this cover for about a year now and I have to say it works very well. Rain and snow occasionally in winter. The lid is big enough to cover our 3.5 ton rig. It has vents on the sides to allow air to flow through the device and drawstrings on the bottom to ensure a snug fit. After a winter season, mold and green dew formed on it. However, the lid was very easy to clean with mild soap and water. If I had to complain about anything, I wish the lid was a little longer as the bottom of the air conditioner opens about 1 inch. Overall, this is a great cover that has held up well over the past year. Highly recommended! A+
