This product failed after 4-5 washes do not buy get FSP parts

Washer Suspension Rod failed after 4-5 washes. Sears appliance technician installed them and came back and told me they were over extended and to get my money back. But now it’s been over a month and I can’t. I am very unhappy and want my money back.

It works. Saved from throwing out machine. Very appreciative

Cons

This part was installed in January and failed in a matter of weeks. Don't waste your money!

It was easy to install with that I didn’t have a problem I used the washing machine right away and it worked fine no shaking at all after so many washes the washing machine started shaking again I do not understand why it was fine 😞
