Love this CB radio. You have the right qualities for the job. My favorites are scanning, weather and RF power adjustment. The microphone has an up/down channel and also activates the scan function. I can set the dead key on my RF power meter to around 0.5-3.5 watts. I've found that a setting of around 4 o'clock is good for boosting my mic. ASC is new to me, I will be able to use this feature more often if I believe in it. The HF gain is really smooth and works well. You need a separate SWR meter for this.
