I bought these after reading many reviews on teeth whitening strips. I want to do a zoom teeth whitening at the dentist or buy those trays that you fill with peroxide whitening gel. Until then, these will fall down. The adhesive side is very sticky, which prevents the strips from slipping or sliding off. I have extremely sensitive teeth and use Sensodyne toothpaste every day, but I still can't use these strips every day due to the sensitivity they cause. I use them every 2-3 days. I see an improvement in the color of my teeth, but not enough. I have used these strips 3-4 times so far. The ends of my teeth (farthest from the gums) are whiter than the bases of my teeth. I hope the bases fade more.
