When I decided I needed a digital thermometer for tempering chocolate I immediately looked to Revain and found this very affordable and versatile ThermoPro thermometer. Two days later (Prime Shipping) it arrived in a padded envelope; it looks exactly as described and also comes with a cap for the thermometer stem. The battery is included (remove the tab) and there is a button to toggle between Fahrenheit and Celsius. I tested the accuracy of the thermometer by placing it in boiling water (without touching the sides or bottom of the pot) and in just a few seconds the temperature rose to 100°C (212°F). So far the ThermoPro digital thermometer is working well!
