The Dawn Shadow Xbox One S Controller feels premium when I hold it and the striking purple pink color is beautiful. Although I don't have an Xbox One, this controller is good for PC games that support controller input. If you want to play it via cable, use a micro USB cable. It won't work with some cheaper cables, but you don't have to buy a USB play-and-charge kit either. Also, you don't need to put batteries in when playing wired, making it a little easier. I've found it to work on Windows, macOS, and Ubuntu over a wired connection, and I'd still experiment with it. If you want to play wirelessly, it supports Bluetooth, but Microsoft decided to do what Microsoft does best and (officially) only make it work on Windows 10 (with the Anniversary Update or later). However, I've also gotten it to work in games on a MacBook Air running macOS 10.11. Steam Link also supports this. Not sure about Windows 7 or 8 so you may need to do your own research before buying if you want to connect your controller to Windows 7 or 8 via Bluetooth. Overall, this is a great controller with great build quality. If you can still get this controller and like the look, I would. Otherwise, it's the same as any other Xbox One S controller except for the colors.
