It's hard to give a good rating after you've been in support for an hour to get a replacement cable and still haven't received any help. Is it easier to just go back to Revain and buy another brand? The screen was bought for a business trip. Its light weight. The color is a little off, but it's cheap! The cable that comes with the kit is broken and very temperamental. When I tested the product for the first time before the trip, it worked great. A flight in hand luggage and now it's no longer possible. Now I've traveled halfway around the world, sitting and listening to a terrible marketing loop. After an hour I got nothing and had to hang up the phone to go to the meeting. Also, their customer support website has been down for the whole of September so I have to wait.
