Well I haven't put my child in the car seat yet but I like it. Baby in the seat until warm enough to take a walk. I don't want to upset her. We brought back another bike seat for this one. The other was not a rack mounted bike seat and did not work. Spring. This bike rack was easy to install as my bike is already fit for a bike rack. My only complaint is that the front metal straps weren't long enough so my husband had to make us longer straps. This rack will fit a 29" wheel, but the straps you need to use will need to be about 2" longer for the rack to line up the way it should. I have a medium frame bike. The seat itself seems well designed and she would sit comfortably with a helmet in it. I can pedal comfortably and the seat doesn't bother me at all. I was really happy to be able to get out and use the seat.
