I'm 5ft 5" (5ft 5") tall enough to put my bike on the trunk above my Prius hatch. I made it, but it was painful. especially at the end of the trip! ;pThis little beauty made life a lot easier - but it took me a few tries to figure out the best direction for the bar! (Tip - put it on with the little handles that open down instead of up if that makes sense) I keep this in my other gear bin in the back of my car. The zip takes 2 seconds and makes it easy to put your bike on the rack! I added a velcro tire strap to my car kit which I use to give a little extra stability (my bike was hanging on the handlebars a bit and it seems to be working fine). Before the cold weather I only used it twice. and the rain is back but i still like it! Can't wait to hit the road this spring!
